Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if the delivered digital product is incorrect, defective, or not supported by the customer’s device.

Customers must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (such as screenshots or error details).

Due to the nature of digital products, once a product has been delivered and accessed, it is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the cases mentioned above.


Eligibility for Refund

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product not working as described

  • Device compatibility issues (if stated in product details)

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Incompatible devices not mentioned in product requirements

  • Downloaded or successfully activated products


Refund Process
Once your request is received and verified:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
