- Share a clear screenshot of the issue or activation error
Non-Replacement Conditions
Replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

- Activation problems caused by user-side technical issues (e.g., firewall, antivirus, outdated operating system)
- Delay in contacting support after more than 48 hours
- System incompatibility or failure to meet the software’s requirements
