Return Policy
At LinkWorldDigital, we aim to provide genuine digital software with smooth activation. Since software license keys are delivered electronically, most purchases are non-returnable. However, we do accept returns/refunds in the following cases:
Accepted Return/Refund Cases:
- License key is invalid or not working.
- License key is already used or previously activated.
- Wrong product delivered by us (different from what you ordered).
- Payment was charged but the license key was not delivered to your email.
Non-Returnable Cases:
- Wrong product ordered by the customer.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incompatibility with your device, system, or version.
- Purchase made by mistake.
Important: Please check product details and compatibility before purchase. For accepted cases, you must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
