At Link World Digital, we specialize in the delivery of digital software products such as license keys and activation codes. All items sold on our platform are delivered electronically via email, not through physical shipping.
Delivery Method
- All software products are delivered via email to the registered email address provided during checkout.
- No physical goods will be shipped for digital items.
- Ensure that the email address you provide is accurate and active to avoid delivery issues.
Delivery Timeline
- In most cases, license keys or digital codes are delivered within 1–2 hours of successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM HKT may be processed the next business day.
- During high-volume periods or technical delays, delivery can take up to 24 hours or until the next business day.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive:
- An Order Confirmation Email
- A Delivery Email with your software license key and activation instructions (if applicable)
Non-Delivery or Delay
If you do not receive your license key within the expected time:
- Please check your spam or junk folder.
- If not found, contact us using the information below.
We will verify and reissue your product key if necessary.
Important Notes
- Digital license keys are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.
- License keys are intended for personal or business use only, as per the software vendor’s terms.
- We do not guarantee compatibility if the customer selects the incorrect product or version.
